Content strategy: Tradeshift Hub

 

Tradeshift Hub content strategy

Hypothesis: Consolidating the Tradeshift blog and all business facing marketing assets into one content hub would increase user visits, downloads, and form fills which would then increase total sales.

Execution: Performed full copy audit of original Tradeshift blog and all blog categories. Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to redesign content strategy and create the Tradeshift Hub, including all rows and drop down menus. Worked with design and engineering teams to create full list of keywords and categories for the hub. Worked with designers to craft CTA tile design, row design, and CTA copy to increase sign-ups and downloads. Collaborated with designers to redesign dropdown category menus to make customer journey to download and sign-up easy.

Signals we looked at for success: Increased site visits, subscribers, and form fills.

Row Copy design

Worked with design team to craft tile title, subhead content character limits, and CTA tile design and copy limits. Wrote CTA templates for tile buttons.
